Criterium Consulting Group, Inc. and Construction Management Services Company, LLC are excited to announce that we have combined in a merger, and as of March 1, 2012 we are operating as one company.

The combined company will operate under the Criterium Consulting Group, Inc. name and will continue to be headquartered in Irvine, California.  We have always shared the common objective of providing clients the best service, the best value, and the highest quality work product.  Together, Criterium will become a world leading consulting company with unmatched credentials, experience, resources and capabilities. We are confident that we will successfully and seamlessly integrate our companies without disruption to our current clients.

Criterium’s domestic and international services include program and project advisory services, construction management services, litigation and forensic consulting, and expert witness testimony.  We assist clients with the management of large scale and complex construction, development and manufacturing projects; and, are regularly retained to analyze and testify as experts on subjects related to delays, disruptions, contracts, and economic damages.  Our clients include owners, developers, governments and agencies, municipalities, manufacturers, contractors, subcontractors, engineers, architects and construction managers.
